Arbitration Tribunal

Arbitration Tribunal whose functions are to: 

• Secure the competent settlement of economic disputes as may arise in the sphere of civil legal relationship and that are within the jurisdiction of courts of arbitration, except for disputes arising out of administrative relations. 
• Provide information and advice in respect of legislative, statutory or legal basis regulating business activities. 
• Render advisory service in drawing up draft contracts (agreements).
